Our Basic Program is specifically designed for students aged 6 and up who are new to martial arts. In this program, students will focus on learning beginner martial arts techniques that form the foundation of their martial arts journey.
Throughout the Basic Program, students will be introduced to various fundamental skills, including basic forms, self-defense techniques, one-steps, kicking and hand combinations, and even board breaking. These techniques are carefully selected to provide a well-rounded understanding of martial arts and build a strong foundation for future progress.
Our experienced instructors are dedicated to guiding students through their martial arts journey. They will provide step-by-step instruction, ensuring that students grasp the techniques and concepts effectively. In addition to martial arts training, our Basic Program incorporates fitness and coordination activities.
